After a week, no one calling to say car is ready. Mr. James, We are writing in regards to our recent $2,400 service repair on our 2014 Honda Accord because the engine and airbag lights were on. W Mr. James, We are writing in regards to our recent $2,400 service repair on our 2014 Honda Accord because the engine and airbag lights were on. We had an appointment on Thursday, December 26th. Upon inspection of the vehicle we were told that the engine harness needed to be replaced. At this point, our insurance company (Progressive) advised us to leave the car at the shop because they recommended for the vehicle not to be driven. Stacey Brunner had indicated via text that the car would be ready on Thursday, January 2, 2020 and that she would let us know. Both us and our insurance company tried to contact her on Thursday afternoon without success. After not hearing from her by Friday, we called the main number--only to be told she had been out. We would like to express our disappointment that an enterprise such as yours does not seem to have a follow up procedure when one of its employees is absent. We would also like to add that Stacey Brunner was very friendly and professional. Our only concern was that no one followed up with us in her absence. I had a small accident and damaged my passenger side mirror , went to the service department, ordered a new side mirror in November 2019. NOTE : I ordered the mirror, NOT collected the mirror as yet. 2 weeks later I got a mirror at another dealer way cheaper than Wesley Chapel Honda, they were charging me $600 for 1 mirror, I got it at another dealer for $380. I contacted Brandon at the parts department here at Wesley Chapel Honda, Brandon told me the mirror is NON REFUNDABLE. Be Very Careful ordering anything from the parts department at Wesley Chapel Honda! Now I'm waiting to hear from Bill James which is the director of the parts department. Bill James Told me that the part was a special order parts and there are no refunds. The Service Or Parts Department did not explain to me that this was a special order part. I will never shop or service my vehicle here ever again! More

Zero customer satisfaction I usually refrained from writing costumer reviews, not only because of lack of time, but because very few shopping experiences are memorable to the po I usually refrained from writing costumer reviews, not only because of lack of time, but because very few shopping experiences are memorable to the point that such review is needed. Unfortunately, for me, my latest dealing with the Honda Wesley Chapel Dealership in FL was one of the worse experiences as a client I have experienced. I bought a new Honda less than a year ago, and still under manufacturer guarantee, the tires explode without any reasonable explanation for it. I spent over 5 hours in there listening to all their excuses to make me pay for the damage when I had pictures and evidence of the fact that there was no crash or any road hazard capable of causing said damage. I finally decided to directly contact Michelin, the tire manufacturer, who pleasantly surprising was very attentive and receptive to my issue. After hours of back and forth with the Honda Manager, and actual advocacy on my behalf by Michellin representative, the tire manufacturers agreed to change my tires because Michellin was going to pay 50% of the tire cost. However, they charged full replace service cost. Neither Michellin representative or me understood how or why will a manager decided to go against the manufacturer advice and not take responsibility for the replacement of the damaged pieces. The manager was completely deaf to anything besides getting money out of pocket, not proof or advice will suffice for them to take responsibility. As the tire manufacturer said, since I was not the original client, they could not provide replacement directly. I went to the Honda Wesley Chapel because they sold me that car and I believed that we as customers were important to them. The dealership made a "technical visual inspection" and determined that "customer hit something in road to damage both front tires". I disagree with that inspection and show them photos of the road at the time as well as the tires in different angles. They took into account my evidences or the explanations and supporting argument I presented. In my opinion, the only thing that Wesley Chapel Honda wanted was to charge me additional money for selling me new tires and the service charge; without regard for the wider consequences of a probable manufacturing defect, including my safety and that of my family. The dealership wanted to charge me the cost of two or four tires plus labor and alignment. They wanted me to pay in full, despite evidence and commitment of replacement directly to them by the manufacturer. I understand they are there for the business, but their business is based on customer satisfaction, the more satisfy the costumer, the better their business is. In this case, the manager and the dealership got a FF on customer service and an A+ on predatory business practices. More

they cheat unsuspecting customers for 1000's of dollars They want to charge 1007 dollars for Alternator Replacement for a 2008 Acura MDX when it's less than 600 dollars at one of the Acura dealerships. Lis They want to charge 1007 dollars for Alternator Replacement for a 2008 Acura MDX when it's less than 600 dollars at one of the Acura dealerships. Lisa Bush, the service advisor is rude on top of that and says it costs more because they have to get the part from Acura. Acura charges 196 for labor and this dealership wants to charge 355 for labor. This dealership is the worst in cheating customers. 400 dollar difference/more for something that should cost around 600. I bet you don't find another dealership like this. Before when I got a different service and oil change done, the maintenance indicator came on for oil change within less than a month. They are good salesmen without quality work and price. Already charged/paid 150 dollars to confirm that it's the alternator. Took to Acura dealership and the issue was not even with the alternator. I would have lost 1000 dollars on top of the 150 I paid for nothing. They really do this on purpose to unsuspecting customers/ More
