Good afternoon, I see that your not happy with our pricing on doing it for you at wholesale .I looked into the invoice that Brandon gave you and I see there is a big discount off the retail price was $909.50 that included taxes and the invoice you were billed was for $704.00 which included taxes. We gave you the discount and I also see we gave you a Free loaner car at a value of $ 149.80. A savings of $ 353.00 total discounts .I feel we did do the right thing by you and sorry you feel other wise. And I understand if you need to write this review .I know that Brandon did everything in his power to make you happy and went beyond his duty. The rental value was not a 149.00 as I could have easily dropped the car off on Saturday, ut the gentlemen Brandon put in charge, claimed we needed to drive the car 3000 miles before the issue went away. I then asked for the GM to call me, and of course no one called me. I am sorry but when you tell someone we are going to give you wholesale pricing as a negotiating tool to get a negative review removed, I am thinking you need to make it meaningful. $700 for a service that other mechanics in the area perform for $250-$300 is not a deal to me. It is clear to me after being a customer of Nissan for 18+ years, they do not understand the art of customer service and customer retention. This is why I now drive a BMW and my wife will soon no longer drive a Nissan.
