I truly felt sad because I never got the same level of treatment after he left the Clearwater location. John takes AWESOME care of his customers. He looks out. He always make sure he ask questions if he doesn't get something to make sure he meets your expectations. He breaks things down to you. He goes over everything, and most importantly, if there is anything he can do for you to get your business, he will works with you. He is very professional in ALL he do. He works with you. He cares like as if his mother, sister or brother came to buy a car. He is just an AWESOME salesman. Everyone at the dealership was nice, but nothing like JOHN WILLEY. I mentioned that my 2011 nissan has 95k miles and I have not needed brakes yet. He showed me the brake pads and explained that I still didn't need brakes today, but may need them at my next oil change. I asked about the services included in the 100k maintenance...again, he popped the hood and showed me some of the things that get checked and what services are typically done at that milage. Its really nice to not just have someone try to sell you everything they can. More
