Excellent service, no pressure I went in to transfer lease to purchase. Of course my wonderful sales agent, Luis Lopez offered other options, but I knew I just wanted to purchase the vehicle I had. Luis was totally understanding and immediately went to work on my request. Like any car buying event, it took some time, but Luis was considerate and accommodating the entire time. He went above and beyond to make sure we had anything that we needed including directly purchasing cold water from the vending machine. When we met with financing to do all the paperwork, the exceptional service continued. I strongly recommend getting additional maintenance and gap coverage. It will more than pay for itself. I have bought nothing but Nissan for the last 25 years and have never regretted it. Made well. Economical and stylish. I will say Wesley chapel Nissan hands down was the most customer service focused dealership I have dealt with. No worries Luis. I will be back. 😊 More

Good No Pressure When I pulled up in the front in my 98 beat up ranger and got out in my dirty work clothes, a handful of salesman didn't even move. Then Piero came out and shook my hand and I said I need to buy a car today. 3 hours later I was going home in a new car. Had to return later to get my truck. Told him what my payment needs to be at. No pressure, no upselling. Got everything I needed and nothing more. My only complaint is that the place was super busy on a Wed night, but I wasn't lost in the shuffle. The salesman did not run off to sell another car, he stayed working with me until I left. Very happy with the overall experience. More
