Bait and Switch Scam Truly the worst dealership experience. Not only did my experience start with an hour wait with no contact, the first day I was in ended up with a bait Truly the worst dealership experience. Not only did my experience start with an hour wait with no contact, the first day I was in ended up with a bait and switch transaction where the manager tried to sell me a car that is advertised on their own website for $10,400, for $15,000. As a young single woman this was clearly using their assumed knowledge of me to scam me. I had to call 5 different times to speak with different managers for them to finally agree to sell the car for THEIR advertised price. I came back in a second day and proceeded to wait another hour without anyone helping me, including the used car manager, Wade Monroe, who had set the appointment with me only two hours earlier. Finally, they assigned me a very incompetent man, Paul, who didn't feel the need to take the time to look up my file which I had spent two hours filling out the day prior. After finally getting on the same page. they offered me a trade in deal that was $500 less than their already low offer from yesterday. Overall, a huge scam and waste of two trips. The will not give fair prices and every salesman that I came in contact with were huge xxxxxxxxxx that are looking to scam young women vs. making an honest deal. On another foot, the dealership is really dirty, it appears someone has thrown up on every single chair they own. Their coffee and water situation is bleak at best, and don't go in the bathrooms, truly unsanitary. Basically go to any other dealership in the world vs. this one. More
