Deceptive pricing I leave a bad review The internet prices are work of fiction. Call the head to confirm that the internet price was correct. Upon arrival at the dealership was advised that the listed price was not the actual price. You needed to qualify for potential discounts. Our sales person stated that rarely do people qualify for the discounts. I was looking at a Titan truck which was listed at $25,000. The actual price was $36,000. I believe that this is a deceptive practice and would not recommend this dealership based on their website and deceptive pricing structure on their website. What you see on the internet definitely is not what you get. One positive note was my sales person was knowledgeable and friendly but had no ability to honor the internet price More

WASTED TIME Went with my son to look at purchasing a vehicle and we called in to make sure the vehicle was there after speaking to Nick as we were an hour away. When we had arrived the car was not there and it took a while before anyone spoke to us regarding what happened. When finally told the situation we decided to wait for the car. No apologies other than the new salesmen, who was accomodating. We were told lunch would be on Nick considering the mistake that was had. No one paid for lunch. When the car arrived at the lot it did not have the feature that my son had called in. Strike three. The salesmen was uninformed about the vehicle and had looked for Nick to have some answers about the vehicle since he is a vet. Nick was no where to be seen and We left rather than wait around for another hour. Worst Dealership experience I've had. More

Wonderful Experience I went to many other dealerships prior to WC Nissan and I have to say that this one was definitely the most pleasant experience from the minute I call I went to many other dealerships prior to WC Nissan and I have to say that this one was definitely the most pleasant experience from the minute I called to find out their hours. Danielle was wonderful on the phone, took my name and told me what to do when I came in. She then made sure I got there and was being helped by someone. I was met by Jerry Clarke and he was so wonderful. I was buying a new car but he offered to show me a used car that was comparable as well. "Tiny" the finance man was wonderful as well really working to get me the best deal and showing me various options. I can't remember the name of the man I signed all the papers with but he deserves and office with a view. He was very kind. They were very busy and understaffed on this day due to the Hurricane Irma but everyone still took the time to thoroughly go over everything. It was the best car buying experience I've had. More
