Terrible Communication at this Service Department Made a service appointment for 8:00 AM for my 2011 Maxima. Which I purchased from this dealership. This is my second issue with this service departmen Made a service appointment for 8:00 AM for my 2011 Maxima. Which I purchased from this dealership. This is my second issue with this service department. At 1:00, 5 hours later, I called for a status and was told the car needed a belt and a tension device along with a part that was resulting in the Service Engine light. I was told that the belt and the tension device needed to be ordered from Orlando and they would need to keep the car overnight. I explained that I was paying for a rental car and needed the car as soon as possible the next day. The next day I called at noon for a status and was told the service associate I was working with was not in today, but they would leave him a voicemail to call me. All I wanted was an update and I asked to get a status on my car which you have had for 28 hours. I was then told the technician stated it would be ready the next day. Three days to change a belt and a couple of sensors (one had already been replaced the last time I had my car here)! When I requested to speak to a manager I was told the part had just arrived from Orlando and they were working on the car. (I guess they use a donkey or a camel to gets parts from Orlando to Tampa if it takes 24 hours to get them) I was told by the service manager he would get a status on the car and call me back shortly. Three hours later I had not heard from Wesley Chapel Nissan I then called again and was told the power was out, but the service manager would call me back. Over an hour later I still had received a status. At 4:15 I called back and was told the car was ready. In the end the car was repaired, the previously replaced sensor was replaced under warranty and I did not have to pay for an additional day on the rental car. If this would have all been communicated the overall experience would have been far better. More

However, I had spoken with Otto V Wesley Chapel Nissan made an offer for my car on Cars.com, so I went to the dealership, not knowing what to expect. However, I had spoken with Otto Villalta on the phone, and he told me that he would do as much as possible to get me a fair deal. That put my mind at ease, and when I met Otto in person, I was immediately impressed with his professionalism and his friendliness. From the very beginning, Otto was honest with us and seemed genuine at all times. After he looked at our car and told us how impressed he was with how clean it was, he had his used car manager, Chad, look at it. Chad said that he was very impressed with the car as well. He came back with a very good offer on the car, and he explained very honestly why this was their highest possible offer. I appreciated his honesty, and I accepted the offer. Throughout my experience, both Chad and Otto were honest and professional. Neither of them were pushy at all. I would definitely return here the next time I need to purchase or trade in a vehicle.
