My 2000 Toyot Toyota makes a quality product that lasts for years and hundreds of thousands of miles before the first major repair is needed. Proof? My 2000 Toyota Tacoma 4WD was 16 yrs old with 344,000 miles and still going strong when I traded for a 2016 RAV4 XLE That's why my new 2019 RAV4 LE is my 3rd Toyota vehicle out of the 6 vehicles I've owned. Each time I purchased a Toyota vehicle, the sales staff went above and beyond to help me purchase the vehicle I sought and needed. This was my second sales experience at Wesley Chapel Toyota in Wesley Chapel, FL; as long as I am living in FL, I will keep buying my cars from this dealership. My sales agent was Victoria Fuentes, whose friendly attitude and professional manner made the decision-making process positive and productive. She worked hard to help me achieve the purchase I could afford and the type of vehicle I needed. I am 66 yrs old and retired. She understood my constraints and found ways to find the vehicle I sought. I later learned that she had sold an impressive 20 vehicles during this month. She is definitely a Go-Getter :) Her manager, Michael Haake, was friendly and supportive of this transaction. I could not have asked for a more reassuring and secure experience as I signed onto this years-long commitment with another new Toyota. Michael and Victoria were always smiling, spoke calmly and kindly, and did not try to push any decisions onto me. I mentioned this years ago, that in 2014 I had a horrible sales experience at Lakeland Toyota that almost made me shy away from Toyota ownership. In 2016, Mark Howard was working at Wesley Chapel, and it was his professional and friendly manner that kept me in the Toyota family. Finally, during my final minutes waiting for my new RAV4 to be readied, I had a pleasant conversation with Christopher Joseph, in customer outreach, whose pride in his career and family were very evident. He was a kind, respectful, and compassionate individual; an all-around very nice man. Thank you, Victoria, Mike and Chris! I love my ruby flame RAV4 LE, and it's been a hit in my neighborhood. Both of these folks took the time to make sure I got exactly what I want and accommodated my specific request to deliver my new truck to me just as it came off the delivery truck. Throughout the order process they were available to answer my questions and even make modifications to my order after it was in cue to be assembled. If you want a pleasant car buying experience I can absolutely recommend Hector and Frank at Wesley Chapel Toyota. If you are a picky buyer like myself you can trust these two to get your order right! BAD EXPERIENCE EVER We came to the dealership on February 23 2019 to looking for a new vehicle. After we tested drive they gave us a price for the car and that price is s We came to the dealership on February 23 2019 to looking for a new vehicle. After we tested drive they gave us a price for the car and that price is sky high, so I told the sale man I didn't want to make an offer on it. I will think about it and come back later on. The sale man keep telling me to give him a price, and I did, after that he called his manager out and work with that deal. They're started to aggressive me. They tried to set me on a deal which is I have to pay a lot more than what the car worth. He keep telling to talk to him. I don't have to talk to him. Who do you think you are. If the deal is overpriced why I have to talk anymore. They make me stress out and I told him I didn't want to make a deal on it. The MANAGER start pissed off and said bad things to me. He told me xxxxxxxx, waste of his time, I shouldn't come to a dealership and waste his time like that. At the beginning I already told them I didn't want to make an offer on that car but they're try to get me on it, after that he pissed off and aggressive me. I think his job is to negotiation with customers not aggressive customers. It's doesn't matter how much I make the offer on the car, if it's not working he can said No, NOT AGGRESSIVE AND HARASSMENT customers like that. I do not recommend WESTLEY CHAPEL TOYOTA at all. If you want to have a good deal or happy feeling, please find another dealership. More
