New car purchase Everything went well with the exception of Justin M sales associate. He helped us find the car we wanted but after that he wasn’t much help. Worked with Dan. Justin,s product knowledge was lacking ie didn t know the car had navigation and does not know about car engine stop and start. I called him and asked him about a feature on the car we were looking at. He said he would check it out and call me back.....never did. Sent him an email on his personal email (Toyota email doesn’t work) and he didn’t respond to that either. He wasn’t much help at delivery. We had to wait an hour for the car to go back through Detailing because there were spots all over it. There was no delivery presentation. Didn,t ask if we had any question or anything. At that point we just wanted to get out of there. I understand Justin is new so he should be cut some slack. Management needs to provide additional training and hopefully he will work out. Dan and Mellisa were great....highly professional. More
