BAD EXPERIENCE WITH SALES I BUY MY TRUCK LIKE A 2 WEEKS AND WHEN WE FINISH THE PROCESSES I SEE THE TRUCK HAS A SCRATCH IN PASSENGER MIRROR THE MANGER WHO MAKE THE DEAL HE LEFT I BUY MY TRUCK LIKE A 2 WEEKS AND WHEN WE FINISH THE PROCESSES I SEE THE TRUCK HAS A SCRATCH IN PASSENGER MIRROR THE MANGER WHO MAKE THE DEAL HE LEFT AND OTHER MANAGER SAID HE GO TO ORDER A NEW ONE AT MONDAY OF NEXT WEEK I WENT TO FIX THE MIRROR BUT THAT MANAGER HE DIN'T ORDERED AFTER 3 HOURS A MANAGER REORDER THE MIRROR THIS MONDAY 11/5/2018 I SEARCH FOR THE SELLER HECTOR KING AND HE TRY TO HELP IN THE PROCESS THEY NEED A PAPER FOR HIM HECTOR KING AND A MANAGER CALL HIM AND HE SAID HE GET A COSTUMER AND AFTER THAT HE LEFT "HE DINT HAVE TIME" THE MANAGER FIX THE PROBLEM BUT TODAY 11/9/2018 HECTOR KING CALL ME AT MY PRIVET PHONE TRY TO MANIPULATE THE SURVEY HE SAID I HAVE TO PUT EVERYTHING GOOD ON THE FIRST 10 QUESTION, I CALL WESLEY CHAPEL TOYOTA TRY TO REACH JOE BARBA IT WAS THE MANAGER WHO CLOSE THE DEAL AND SEE HOW HE GO TO FIX THIS IF HE DINT FIX TODAY I WILL RETURN THE VEHICLE BACK . Our new Toyota 2018 Rav4 I never thought when we puechased our 2018 in April that we would be back this soon looking for a car. OUr car was totaled in a wreck. Made car shopping a pleasant experience I shopped at multiple dealerships and ending up finding the car I liked online and contacted the dealership by email. Mr. Aiman Sabbah responded to me I shopped at multiple dealerships and ending up finding the car I liked online and contacted the dealership by email. Mr. Aiman Sabbah responded to me very quickly and was always professional, friendly, patient and helpful. He answered all of my questions, sent me videos and really went over and above. We made the deal late in the evening. After work, he drove the car from Wesley Chapel to Orlando and delivered the car to my home early the next morning. He did the title and tag transfer on my trade-in and handled all of the paperwork with ease. He was so thorough in covering all of the features of my new car, setting up my presets. When he left, he drove my trade-in back to the dealer. Buying a car can be stressful and not always an enjoyable experience. Aiman really made the entire experience a pleasure and I would be happy to do business with him again. I would highly recommend the dealership and Aiman to family and friends. Thank you, Aiman! My only critique is that the website did not list all of the additional packages on the car. I found this information on the general Toyota website. More
