Hide behind vague and misleading words to insist your car isn't under warranty, even though it is, based on their own website page criteria. I gave them a chance to make it right about the principal of it. T isn't under warranty, even though it is, based on their own website page criteria. Horrible place of business. Waited over half an hour in the sun with an infant for car service. I made an appointment and was told to wait for an employee not even near by to help me while many others were the sun with an infant for car service. Charged for many oil changes to be told now we had free oil change credits that would expire at the end of the year. Told we could get a free car key after purchase. Then later to be told they can’t remember what they said before. Zero respect or resolution for negative experiences. Spoke with many managers who could careless about fixing anything! More
