We told him our reason for the visit our target budget. He showed us exactly what we were looking for! We, initially, were just researching, but his knowledge of the vehicle was outstanding. His demeanor, even better.....just a pure professional. We discussed used versus new, and, again, he was incredibly versed and convinced us to go from used to new. That’s the kind of employee I would want. He put us at such ease, that when we walked by your most premiere truck - we bought that too! I was ready to spend about $20K and ended up spending almost $80K! What a win for you all - and me! I now own my dream truck! Thank you Aimen and Rex. I had to run home to pick up some paperwork. That took maybe 30 minutes. By the time I returned, the Toyota team had backed the truck out of the showroom and were ready to let me test drive. Here is where I met Rex. Another incredibly talented salesman. He is so passionate about Toyota that he might bleed Tundra! Kudos to him for sure. The only downside to the whole process.......I understand you all are working to streamline the “yes I want this vehicle” to here are your keys process. If not, please make this a priority. It took close to 7 hours from yes to keys. That is no ones fault - it’s just the process. But! That kept us from giving the 5th star. For the record - I was a Ford guy. I’m now a Toyota guy. Love the truck. Love the people. And love the professionalism of this Toyota dealership. I’ll be bringing my wife in around 2020 for a Land Cruiser. I hope the process is improved some. He was trying to get me approved for the Toyota Loyalty Program, but I hadn't reached the required payments. He told me he will contact me in March and we can go from there. Sure enough after my 13th payment Chris reached out to me seeing if I was still interested in a new car. Not only was he able to work his magic and get us out of a hard situation we were in with out old car, he got us upgraded from a corolla to a RAV-4!. Chris got our interest rate down from 16%-4.9%. He was just amazing to work with and we will most certainly be working with him again. More

Christopher Joseph, in particular, was patient and knowledgeable in helping us to choose the perfect Camry. The finance team was friendly and courteous. Even staff we were not directly involved would ask if you needed help with anything or just had a friendly smile. Finally, we like that the dealer includes a package with most if not all their cars which includes tinted windows, floor mats, etc. More
