Best Car Buying Experience I filled out the application online and let them know I was interested in a van. Within a matter of hours I was already assigned to a car salesman who I filled out the application online and let them know I was interested in a van. My only complaints are related to the time it took to get connected with a loan officer BUT overall the experience was pretty awesome. I started looking at Wesley Chapel because for th I buy a new Tundra every 2 years but this the 1st. time I bought my Tundra at Wesley Chapel Toyota. I started looking at Wesley Chapel because for the last 2 yrs. I've been having my 2016 Tundra serviced here and was getting great service. So I called and made an appointment with Jack and we started going through the inventory of the 2018 Crew Cabs. Once I found the one I wanted I took it for a drive and talked to Jack about my 2016 for a trade in. After awhile I started talking with Luis the sales manager. Which whenever I encountered a sales manager at other dealerships that's when the high pressure would start and they try to beat you up on price. I bought a lot of new cars and trucks over the last 40 years and this is the first time I enjoyed buying a vehicle. Between having my Truck service at Wesley Chapel Toyota and buying this new 2018 Crew Cab here I hope to keep coming back for years to come.
