These guys are worthless and will do anything to sell a vehicle. Including having you drive an hour out of your way knowing all along that the vehicle that they say they have is already sold or has a depos vehicle. Service staff MJ, Kevin, and others always strive to keep the customer informed and go the extra mile to make any necessary wait pleasant, rather merely sitting and sniffing car exhausts. The lounge area is spacious, comfortable, and protective. Beverages, TV screens and customer wi-fi are available. Every staff member I've encountered is friendly, helpful and courteous. This is an excellent dealership... which is why I've purchased/leased 3 vehicles from Wesley Chapel Toyota over the past 3 years, with no buyer's remorse! (And I drive an hour's drive rather than visiting closer options.) More

However, I then remembered a previous salesman and decided to take another chance. I had a very good experience with Scott Lavancher in the purchase of my vehicle. Definitely the whole process takes to long. 5 hours way too long. However, Scott always sends texts on our birthdays as well as anniversaries of our vehicles. He remembers all family members.
