I have first hand knowledge since my Dad worked for the JM Corporate Headquarter in Jacksonville with Jim Marian for many year's. The spirit of the Toyota car's is not in the specific car I drive but is found deeply rooted in the company's employees that I will be working with in the future. So, when I purchased my Toyota I knew I would be getting a quality product... the other half was finding a dealership that would provide the JM family mission of customer care and service. I shopped around at the local dealership's : Tampa Bay where I was a loyal customer for 25 years with Cliff Sharpe then change of management didn't have the JM Family mission, next I tried Clearwater Toyota with a sales gimmick of test driving a car and get a $25 gift card well as the saying goes the "check is in the mail" three months later NOT... last was Staduim Toyota and they missed the mark on customer service.... So on my quest to find a dealership that would have the same mission as their founder, Jim Marian I happen to call Wesley Chapel about a Toyota I saw they had advertised. That phone call sealed the deal for me in choosing Wesley Chapel dealership... just talking with "Dan Clemente," he listened and cared what I was saying. Not only did Dan uphold the standard of the dealership he won me over the phone as your loyal customer. At this point we have never meet or stepped foot into the dealership... but I was entrusting my investment with him. Not only has Dan upheld the standard of the organizations solid business operations, but has fostered a trust with me and my extended family. Like I mentioned I have been a loyal member to the Toyota of Tampa Bay for over 25 years with Aunts, Uncles and Grandparents purchasing cars from this dealership along with trusting them to services our cars and they have lost me as a customer along with my family. You dealership should be very proud to have Dan on your team for he did something more powerful than your advertising dollars can buy... free word of mouth from a satisfied customer!!! The DNA of this dealership is rooted in your customer service and care that Dan provided...it's the little touches that make a customer feel at home and part of the family. After purchase I purchased a 2015 certified rav4. Salesperson and financial great to work with. Had the vehicle 4 months driving 4000 miles. Took it to service and I purchased a 2015 certified rav4. When I got home I called to complain ..my salesperson no longer works there so I was transferred SEVERAL times. Finally spoke to carlos, he said he would look into about a discount and call me back..that was 2 weeks ago...guess what...no call. I'm retired on a limited budget....drove 4000 miles and the battery is no good. More
