After purchase I purchased a 2015 certified rav4. Salesperson and financial great to work with. Had the vehicle 4 months driving 4000 miles. Took it to service and I purchased a 2015 certified rav4. Salesperson and financial great to work with. Had the vehicle 4 months driving 4000 miles. Took it to service and they tell me I need a new battery..low. did not purchase one. When I got home I called to complain ..my salesperson no longer works there so I was transferred SEVERAL times. Finally spoke to carlos, he said he would look into about a discount and call me back..that was 2 weeks ago...guess what...no call. I'm retired on a limited budget....drove 4000 miles and the battery is no good. More
