Excellent customer service by Waseam Khalaf! We stopped by Wesley Chapel of Toyota to find the "perfect" vehicle for our family. Waseam was not scheduled to work but had stopped in to drop somet We stopped by Wesley Chapel of Toyota to find the "perfect" vehicle for our family. Slippery Bait and Switch Tactics at Wesley Chapel Toyota? In July, we received $4,000 off MSRP on a 2017 Corolla LE. Nice price, and we paid cash. However, this dealership's current "Get Today's Price" onl In July, we received $4,000 off MSRP on a 2017 Corolla LE. Nice price, and we paid cash. However, this dealership's current "Get Today's Price" online advertising scheme misleads potential buyers as "Today's Price" is not available to customers who would like to finance their purchase using the currently attractive Toyota 0% rate offer. If you'd like to finance, you can - but you'll get an unexpected $2,000 price increase on the vehicle. Strange. Nowhere on Wesley Chapel Toyota's website is there any mention of a $2,000 price hike if you finance. When asked about this classic bait (low price) and switch (+ $2,000 if financed), the sales managers quickly change the subject. Be careful with these people. Service is slipping, too, as the entire focus with the Williams family is improving margins at all costs to support the upcoming Lexus store opening. More

Helpful Buying a new car is rarely a pleasant experience, but Waseam and Terry went above and beyond to take care of us without coming across as overbearing. Buying a new car is rarely a pleasant experience, but Waseam and Terry went above and beyond to take care of us without coming across as overbearing. We were in the middle of a move across country when our family minivan was hit and totaled on the highway. We needed to replace the family car and get back on the road as soon as possible. They searched local and out-of-state inventories to find a replacement that met our needs, and Waseam even flew out-of-state to drive the vehicle to us the next day. Both men were very kind and sympathetic to our needs and catered to us to make the experience as pleasant as possible (impressing even all 5 kids - who really enjoyed the cookies). And it appears our patronage with the dealership and friendship will persist beyond this one purchase. More

Surprisingly great expirience! From the start, we have been clobbered with expenses this year and when the A/C went out on our car we had no choice but to look in the used market. From the start, we have been clobbered with expenses this year and when the A/C went out on our car we had no choice but to look in the used market. We drove out from Holiday to Wesley Chapel Toyota to look at an older model with low mileage ready for the "good, the bad, and the ugly"of buying a used car. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly cordial greeting we received and the very comfortable setting of their showroom / lounge / sales area. We weren't hustled into a tiny cubicle but were invited to the lounge area with complimentary coffee, pastries and drinks. This is where our sales rep, Chris, met us and where we conducted our business. As always, there are negotiations, but it was not a "sweat fest" and everyone seemed satisfied in the end. Speaking of which, we weren't just handed the keys with a curt handshake...our car was waiting for us in an air conditioned holding garage where Chris took our picture and later emailed it to us. We both felt like we have made some new friends today! More
