He was patient with me when I was looking at the different vehicles, and eager to take me out on test drives with which ever one I picked. Luis was very helpful, patient and low pressure I liked working with Luis. I was at the dealership back in October and test drove a few RAV4s. I couldn't get back to it because of time considerations, but he printed out some info that compared the RAV4 to other mini SUVs such as the Nissan Rogue and the Mazda CX-5 which I found very helpful. (A person needs at least four hours of consecutive time to allot for buying a car.) I was at the dealership from 3:15 pm on Saturday Dec. 17th till around 7:30 pm. They were short on finance manager staff so I had to wait a while for Mr. Rivera to be ready to meet with me. Luis showed and explained the features that I was not familiar with on the RAV4. More
