Richard Jackson came in early to help us, found us a beautiful car, got us financing, and we were on our way very satisfied and my son still got to work on time even with the 45 minute drive back home. Great experience for start to finish I arrived a little later than my appointment time. The dealership was getting ready to close but I was still greeted with a friendly hello and welcome I arrived a little later than my appointment time. He went right to work on helping me find the car I had seen online and got the keys so that I could go for a test drive. Andy never rushed me and was very prompt in getting the sale of my vehicle on the way. He stayed there the entire time from beginning to the end when I pulled out the garage with my new Toyota Camry. Unlike other salespeople I visited he was never condescending or dismissive and I never felt pressured. He went out of his way to address all of my concerns and questions no matter how big or small. Best Customer Service Experience: Patrick Lynch was amazing! I just bought a 2016 Toyota Corolla at Wesley Chapel Toyota. I went there based on my brother's recommendation since he recently bought his Camry at t I just bought a 2016 Toyota Corolla at Wesley Chapel Toyota. I went there based on my brother's recommendation since he recently bought his Camry at this dealership. I was a little bit hesitant because I have a different Toyota dealership closer, but my brother insisted to go there and he said that I wouldn't regret it. When we got there Patrick Lynch immediately approached us without being too pushy. Patrick took the time to give me all of my options and was very patient. I went in expecting to purchase a certified used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range, but I ended up getting a brand new car that I love. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend Wesley Chapel Toyota. It was worth the drive to get there. I will definitely keep doing business with this company from my oil changes (yes, I am driving all the way there) to getting a new car, when needed.
