Best Customer Service Experience: Patrick Lynch was amazing! I just bought a 2016 Toyota Corolla at Wesley Chapel Toyota. I went there based on my brother's recommendation since he recently bought his Camry at t I just bought a 2016 Toyota Corolla at Wesley Chapel Toyota. I went there based on my brother's recommendation since he recently bought his Camry at this dealership. I was a little bit hesitant because I have a different Toyota dealership closer, but my brother insisted to go there and he said that I wouldn't regret it. When we got there Patrick Lynch immediately approached us without being too pushy. Patrick took the time to give me all of my options and was very patient. I went in expecting to purchase a certified used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range, but I ended up getting a brand new car that I love. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend Wesley Chapel Toyota. It was worth the drive to get there. I will definitely keep doing business with this company from my oil changes (yes, I am driving all the way there) to getting a new car, when needed. He spent time getting to know me, my preferences, and definitely helped me find the right new car that fit my lifestyle. He was fantastic in taking as much time as I wanted in the test drive and showing me all the features of the car. My time was very tight that day, and Mike took care of all the preparing all the paperwork while I was in other appointments, and then he went way above and beyond by transferring everything from my Sienna to the new Rav 4 while I was completing the paperwork. I returned a couple days later when I had time, and Mike made sure all apps and settings were set up to my preferences. I have to honestly say, I don't typically write reviews on anything, but Mike's service was so amazing, I had to say "THANK YOU!" HUGS!!! More
