I cannot recall a more genuine reception from a staff; from the person that greets you when you walk in the door to the sales person, to the sales manager, to the finance person. Everyone was exceptional and made you feel at home without any pressure. My sale person, Luis Delgado, was a class act! I actually walked on the lot nearly a month or two before finally making a purchase. During that process Lui never hounded me or pressured me with constant calls, and for me that was one of the reasons I gladly came back when I did speak to him again and he simply said please just pop in one last time before your final decision. That final stop it proved to be the time when I realized WCT was serious about earning my business. They matched every thing any other dealer offered and more. In fact, we ended up getting a higher level 2016 highlander for not much more than we would have paid for a lower trim model elsewhere. Lui, Frank, David, everyone, thank you for your patience and going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with our decision without any games!
