Andy Ghelfi was AMAZING! I just purchased my third vehicle from Wesley Chapel Toyota. I was not planning to return to WC Toyota after my second experience, but one day in March, Andy Ghelfi called me because my last salesman was no longer with the company. (He is the reason I wasn't planning on returning...) Andy told me that he had been assigned as my new contact, should I need anything. We talked about my last experience and where I was at with my current car, etc. Andy was very nice on the phone, but it was his hand-written note I received in the mail about a week later that made me drive 2 hours from Altamonte Springs to WC Toyota when I needed a new vehicle after my car was totaled in an accident.
