$600 to Return the Vehicle with the Same Problem The Wesley Chapel Toyota service department is trying to charge me $600 to return my vehicle without repairing the problem I brought it in with. $600 The Wesley Chapel Toyota service department is trying to charge me $600 to return my vehicle without repairing the problem I brought it in with. $600 for time spent trying to figure out what's wrong... Full account of events: My car started shaking while driving and all of the warning lights came on. My husband brought it to Advanced Auto Parts, and their diagnostic reading showed that my car needed a new computer. We brought it to the WC Toyota service department, and the service manager told my husband that the computers do not go bad, and it was probably just the sparks plugs, so they'd replace them for about $100. This was not the vehicle's issue. Next, the service manager said it was probably the top part of the engine, and it'd be about $500 to check it out and repair it. This also was not the vehicle's issue. Now, I'm being told I have to pay $600 to take back my vehicle with the exact same problem I brought it in with. They want to charge me $600 for checking my vehicle and returning it with the exact same problem I brought it in with. More

Andy Ghelfi was AMAZING! I just purchased my third vehicle from Wesley Chapel Toyota. My first experience was great, my second was just ok, but the third was on a level of it' I just purchased my third vehicle from Wesley Chapel Toyota. My first experience was great, my second was just ok, but the third was on a level of it's own. I was not planning to return to WC Toyota after my second experience, but one day in March, Andy Ghelfi called me because my last salesman was no longer with the company. (He is the reason I wasn't planning on returning...) Andy told me that he had been assigned as my new contact, should I need anything. We talked about my last experience and where I was at with my current car, etc. Andy was very nice on the phone, but it was his hand-written note I received in the mail about a week later that made me drive 2 hours from Altamonte Springs to WC Toyota when I needed a new vehicle after my car was totaled in an accident. "In-person" Andy was even more amazing than "phone" and "note" Andy. He was kind, caring, professional and patient. Because of Andy, Kelly (and David in-training) in finance, I am again BLOWN AWAY by WC Toyota. THANK YOU, Andy! More
