Both purchases came with excellent service and attention from Amira Chaghlil. I was actually her first sale and her first "nightmare" undecided customer. I asked a million questions and wanted to see the inside of almost every car on the lot. She was patient and had a good sense of humor. She helped me narrow down my first choice. She also helped to negotiate the deal of a lifetime which is one of the reasons I didn't leave the dealership without purchasing a vehicle. That's why 2 weeks later when I had changed my mind again I knew she was the only person who would be able to help me. She came in on her day off and again helped to negotiate a deal of a lifetime on my first (2nd) Toyota purchase. I hope she is there in two years for my next purchase. More
