Every time I need to get my car service I always make my appointment with Rick Davis I've been making my appointment with him since I first took my car to Toyota. He is really nice, super helpful and very professional. Also, he does not try to screw you over and if something does not need to be done to your car right away he will definitely let you know so you can decide to wait or just get the problem fix right then and there. I would recommend everyone to make their appointment with Rick because he is just a great person. More

Scott LaVancher we stopped at Wesley Chapel Toyota recently just to take a look at the new Camry. We had been talking about a new car but hadn't made up our minds yet we stopped at Wesley Chapel Toyota recently just to take a look at the new Camry. We had been talking about a new car but hadn't made up our minds yet as to what we might purchase. We wanted to test drive several makes and models before making our decision. Wesley Chapel Toyota and specifically, Scott LaVancher changed all that for us. Scott was very knowledgeable, courteous and informative. Once we learned of the Camry's many features and test drove it, our minds were made up. We didn't need to test drive any other cars. Scott then proceeded to make us a deal and trade in that we couldn't pass up. Best new car leasing experience in over 20 years of leasing Went to Wesley Chapel Toyota for scheduled service on my 2013 Scion IQ. Knowing my lease was up in 3 months I was interested in the new Scion IM. Mike Went to Wesley Chapel Toyota for scheduled service on my 2013 Scion IQ. Knowing my lease was up in 3 months I was interested in the new Scion IM. Mike Brockway showed me the only IM available at the time of my visit, a beautiful Pearl White IM. I was quite content to keep my IQ but after driving the IM it was a very easy decision to inquire about turning in my IQ early and leasing the IM. Mike made the process very easy, I took the IM home to show my wife, and by the time I returned the paperwork was in progress. While I was in the finance office Mike took the car back for detailing, I finished in the finance office before the car was finished in detailing. This has never happened in all of the leases I have had. The whole experience was very smooth ,Mike was very professional and answered every question I asked honestly and accurately . When this lease is up I will be back. More

The process is fast and efficient and the your service man or woman that you are assigned to handles everything for you. Fast and prompt service from a simple oil change to the occasional maintenance needs of your car. I don't expect any major problems from my 2015 Toyota Corolla but it's good to know that this dealer is here and near where I work. They even have a shuttle so I don't have to wait at the dealership. Facility is welcoming with free cookies and drinks. More
