We had very specific needs/wants for our vehicle and Jack worked very hard to ensure that we got the vehicle we wanted. He would always keep us up to date on the latest info and was upfront on what he could do for us. She is very knowledgeable and was eager to answer all questions. I never felt pressured. She continued to keep us updated and was attentive while we waited for finance could begin their process. Pricilla had us meet the person who would assist with the servicing appointments which was a special touch you don't normally get during a purchase. It was a very busy day (Black Friday) to car shop but we never felt as if we had been forgotten. John DeLoach in Finance was very helpful and worked quickly through all the various forms that had to be completed. Everyone we had contact with was helpful and caring. This is the first Toyota purchase but the experience at Wesley Chapel Toyota tells why so many have returned to this location. More

Great customer service I went in to see if I could purchase a used vehicle. My salesman showed me my options , did some paperwork and he went to talk to his manager, Came ba I went in to see if I could purchase a used vehicle. I was shocked because I didn't think i would ever be approved for a brand new vehicle. Everyone was so friendly, and offered to help in anyway possible. The process wasn't long.
