First and foremost Amanda Baron was the most enjoyable aspect of the car buying experience. She was knowledgeable and didn't try to BS her answer if she didn't know something. We played straight with each other during the negotiation, which was done virtually as I prefer. So when I walked in that dealership with 3 toddlers in tow all that was left was signing papers. Although my father was at the dealership watching my 3 toddler aged daughters, Amanda was quick to swoop in and hold a hand or chat with my girls since they outnumbered us so it was a blessing to have her in that aspect as well. She was wonderful right up to us leaving the dealership. I can not say enough nice things about her. The dealership was nice and relaxing all the while putting me at ease. The paper signing process with Frank Wargo was very clear and concise, while being very personable at the same time. I felt very informed and he double/triple checked the numbers in front of me every step of the way. I generally do not like the car buying experience, but the experience with Amanda and Frank has given me a new outlook on what it can be like. More
