We originally came to the dealership in search of something used; however, thanks to Johnny and his team, we left very happy in a new car! Johnny toured us around their entire facility, educated us to the many community outreach programs they're part of, stayed after hours to complete the sale, was not pushy and has even followed up since our visit to ensure we are satisfied! This was our most rewarding car buying experience ever, our second Toyota and we will be back in 2017 when our son turns 16 to get my husband something sporty. I was not sure I even wanted to go to a Toyota dealership because Toyotas were not in our t Scott LaVancher was recommended to us by a family member. I was not sure I even wanted to go to a Toyota dealership because Toyotas were not in our top choices for our daughter. Because there were not many dealerships open on a Sunday, and we were pressed before starting school, we went ahead and made the drive to Wesley Chapel to see Scott just wanting to test drive and get started on our search. Scott was full disclosure in terms of cars available, he took us out to look at everything the dealership had and was very knowledgeable. He didn't carry a list, refer us to the internet or cherry pick cars based on what HE wanted us to look at (like the many other dealerships we visited over two days). He sincerely cared about what our needs were and treated us with caring professionalism. He didn't call or email 20 times (like the other dealerships). He remained confident that if we chose Toyota, we would be back. We did go back, after going to other dealerships and being lied to, given inflated prices after we just saw the price, and upsold. It would behoove other dealers to send their staff to Toyota for a lesson in "Professionalism 101". Thank you to Scott and all of the staff at Toyota for making the experience of buying a car for our daughter a pleasure and giving her the example of how buyers should be treated. We will drive further to Wesley Chapel - passing other Toyota dealerships- every single time to visit Scott for our car needs. More
