I have been a Chevy/GMC owner my entire life. I made the move to Toyota because I wanted to try a different vehicle out, by recommendation of my son. Not too long after purchasing the vehicle I noticed something was a bit off so I took it to their service center. Their service technician was phenomenal!!!! It was just a slight adjustment needed in the alignment and I tell you what - what a difference in drivability! I cried happy tears on my way to work because she drove so beautifully! As for the service department - it's like night and day vs. other dealerships I've been to. They are incredible! The customer service staff were too! I can't thank their friendly staff enough for making my purchase easy, my alignment quick and for being so helpful!
