I don’t have the best credit and didn’t have a lot of (any) money to put down. I thought this was definitely impossible due to my situation but after a few phone conversations, Mark gave me the impression that he felt he would be able to help me. Before I went in to the dealership, Mark Howard had me prepared for what to expect and had already asked for all the pertinent information needed to submit for my financing. When I showed up at Wesley Chapel Toyota, not only was Mark ready with the paperwork, but he already had the car I picked ready to go. This was by far, the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. Needless to say, I am now driving my new car and would recommend Mark Howard and Wesley Chapel Toyota to anyone who would listen. If you ever feel like your situation is holding you back from getting the car you want at the price you want it, call Mark. If he can’t get it done, it can’t be done, in my opinion. From the moment I came in a scheduled Service appointment, to the moment I walked out with my new vehicle, my experience was awesome. My salesman, Mike Rockaway was very patient and personable. He actually listened to what I wanted, and helped me pick out exactly what I wanted without all the pressure and pushiness some salesman possess. AMAZING EXPERIENCE The experience I have when purchasing my vehicle in the Wesley Chapel Toyota makes me take the time to write this review, my very first review about a The experience I have when purchasing my vehicle in the Wesley Chapel Toyota makes me take the time to write this review, my very first review about anything. In July 2014, my father needed a new truck. I went with him to about 8 different dealerships in the Tampa area, and had no luck finding a dealership that understood the situations and was willing to find a solution and get my dad the truck he wanted. Finally, we decided to stop by in the Wesley Chapel Toyota dealership where we were greeted by Vincent "Vince" Haley. We immediately could feel that were getting HELPED in the process to buy a car instead of being SOLD a car. He was very polite, not pushy, and understanding of the situation. Vince helped us for get my dad the truck he wanted. Today (September) I decided I wanted a new car. Without thinking about the great experience we had with Vince, I started to shop in other dealers... worst idea.... HORRIBLE experience. they were the "classic" car sells person. Pushy, not very helpful, and always trying to make you believe you had no idea about how the process of buying a car works. Finally, I called Vince on a Friday telling him I was in the market to get a new car, but I did not have ANY idea what car to get. I got to the dealership at about 3pm. He was there waiting for me. Asked me all questions, took me to test drive 4 difference vehicles. The one that caught my attention the most was a Camry 2014 SE. Nice vehicle. I stayed in the dealership until about 9 pm. Saturday I showed up at the dealership at about 2 pm to tell Vince I was not 100% into the car. that I wanted to see more options. He had no problem with that whatsoever. He showed me a 2014 Camry XLE and 2 Honda Pilots. Drove them all. after I drove those, I was still not 100% into any of those, YET Vince did not have a problem to keep HELPING me to find " that car" as he described. FINALLY at about 7 pm he showed me a 2014 Toyota 4Runner SR5. as soon as I got in the car, I said, "THIS IS THE ONE VINCE!!" he was as happy as I was. Drive it, loved it and started to negotiate. I was trading in my 2007 Honda Civic eith 160k miles. they offered me $5500 for it!!!! and dropped about 2k off the 4Runner, but it was still over my payment range, Vince did nothing but helping me to get the deal I wanted. Mr John De Loach came to help. I stayed there until almost 11pm. Vincent was there, helping once again. went home that night without the car because we could not reach an agreement. Sunday morning, I went again, I offer $1000 down Payment and they gave me extra money for my Honda!! ended up getting the best deal possible I think. The experience I had is something I wanted to share because I don't think there is ANY other dealer that will; treat you as awesome as the Wesley Chapel Toyota, and specially, Mr, Vincent Haley. More
