Excellent Customer Service Fairly new to the area, decided to go car shopping, my husband needed a newer car. What a pleasant experience to be greeted by Christian Garcia the m Fairly new to the area, decided to go car shopping, my husband needed a newer car. What a pleasant experience to be greeted by Christian Garcia the moment we stepped out of our vehicle, very professional and friendly, good listener. Asked for a car we had seen on their website, took it for ride. Explained what we were looking for, test drove another one (Rav4) that Michael Haake suggested, fell in love with it. Worked with Michael and Chris on pricing, payments, etc. After accepting the deal worked with Edwin Andino, who took the time to explain every single piece of paper we signed. That night (around 10pm) we got our car which was delivered to our home in Spring Hill by Chris personally. What excellent customer service, they got a lifetime customer out of us, now I will probably be upgrading my Toyota Matrix and guess where we are going, Wesley Chapel Toyota! Awesome job! More
