Happy buying experience at Wesley Chapel Toyota I read online reviews of the Toyota Corolla and thought it might be the car for me. I looked online for Corolla's available at Wesley Chapel Toyota and after my online inquiries was immediately contacted by email regarding specifics I was looking for etc. & an appointment was set with a salesman Michael Grega. When I arrived I was met by Michael who was very friendly, accommodating and no pressure to buy, he just asked what I wanted to look at, provided all the information I needed & a test drive & answered any questions I had. Everything went smoothly, my first maintenace appointment was set, the car was made ready, tag transfered from my old car and I was on my way with my new Corolla. I am very pleased with the customer service I received at Wesley Chapel Toyota and the little extras they provided while we were there (my daughter & granddaugher were with me) and since I left with the car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Bill Tracey, from Internet Sales, worked very diligently in my behalf. He really LISTENED to what I wanted in a new car and the monthly payment that was going to be comfortable for ME!! He continued negotiating, until he obtained the payment I wanted. Bill's service was absolutely flawless...he worked tirelessly with me. Thanks so much, Bill, for keeping my shopping experience painless and enjoyable!! But then I had to talk to the "scary" Finance person, Kelly Heflin. Here's where I'm always concerned about the normal up selling, which you always expect from the Finance people. But hey, this is what they are trained to do, but some can be pushier & will try extremely hard to coerce you into buying additional warranties, paint & fabric protection, etc. However, NOT Kelly…she was very amiable, and once I said "no" to something, she cooperated nicely and didn't keep pushing me to purchase the "extras." Thank you so much Kelly, for keeping my experience positive and pleasurable...it was great to work with you on all the final paperwork!! More
