Satisfying Experience On July 4th my wife and I set out to buy a vehicle for the family. My mind was set on a Ford Explorer but my wife wanted to see a Chevy Suburban(whic On July 4th my wife and I set out to buy a vehicle for the family. My mind was set on a Ford Explorer but my wife wanted to see a Chevy Suburban(which we owned before), and a Toyota SUV since we were going to trade our 10 year old sienna which had performed flawlessly. Michael and Dwayne were very cordial. They went as far as getting rained on while getting another vehicle from the lot to show my wife. They then patiently showed me the pros and cons of the Highlander against the Explorer Sport and sold me on the idea of getting another Toyota. Of course when it came down to the haggling it was a painless procedure. Their patience, professionalism, and friendliness closed the deal. I would recommend them and Wesley Chapel Toyota without any hesitation. To this day Dwayne continues to text and call me to offer his help if needed. Great job guys! More
