After describing to Mark what we were looking for he showed us the available RAV-4's they had on the lot. He also offered to tell us about the Highlander's they had. Mark was very thorough in explaining the features of the RAV-4 so that was extremely helpful. We felt Mark was very fair in negotiating the trade-in of our Honda Accord. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would recommend Mark to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Sales = 5 stars finance= 3 1/2 Stars Two weeks ago, I purchased a used Toyota Prius that I found on the dealership's web site. My salesman Brett Morris was very kind and sincere. I was transitioned Matt Shemkes in finance where my experience wasn't so great. Matt wasn't very personable. He did work hard to find the proper financing for my deal and I appreciated that. My disappointment came the following day when I dropped off the title to my trade in. I expected to simply drop off a piece of paper and walk out but instead Matt said that Grow Financial couldn't do the rate that we had agreed upon the day before. We had settled on 3.25% because he said the dealership would "buy down" the quarter percent and thats how we agreed. I felt blind sided and wasn't expecting to haggle with finance again. Matt printed up a whole new contract and I signed it (wish I hadn't). I felt like he didn't make the dealership enough on my deal so he bilked me for a couple hundred bucks at the end when I wasn't expecting it. It is still eating at me. More

I don’t have the best credit and didn’t have a lot of (any) money to put down. I thought this was definitely impossible due to my situation but after a few phone conversations, Mark gave me the impression that he felt he would be able to help me. Before I went in to the dealership, Mark Howard had me prepared for what to expect and had already asked for all the pertinent information needed to submit for my financing. When I showed up at Wesley Chapel Toyota, not only was Mark ready with the paperwork, but he already had the car I picked ready to go. This was by far, the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. Needless to say, I am now driving my new car and would recommend Mark Howard and Wesley Chapel Toyota to anyone who would listen.
