He continued negotiating, until he obtained the payment I wanted. Bill's service was absolutely flawless...he worked tirelessly with me. Thanks so much, Bill, for keeping my shopping experience painless and enjoyable!! But then I had to talk to the "scary" Finance person, Kelly Heflin. Here's where I'm always concerned about the normal up selling, which you always expect from the Finance people. But hey, this is what they are trained to do, but some can be pushier & will try extremely hard to coerce you into buying additional warranties, paint & fabric protection, etc. However, NOT Kelly…she was very amiable, and once I said "no" to something, she cooperated nicely and didn't keep pushing me to purchase the "extras." Thank you so much Kelly, for keeping my experience positive and pleasurable...it was great to work with you on all the final paperwork!! More
