Drive past them to another dealer My wife just bought a new Camry at another toyota dealer. We went to Wesley Chapel toyota for the 5000 mile service. The service wasn't even close to My wife just bought a new Camry at another toyota dealer. We went to Wesley Chapel toyota for the 5000 mile service. The service wasn't even close to the level of service from the other dealer. The Staff was VERY unhelpful and unpleasant. I am currently buying a truck, which is the only reason I went to the dealership while my wife was there, and I asked two people for help with sales and got not one person. The one guy I asked if they had tacomas on the lot that I could see, he pointed and said,"just those three over there". I told my mom who bought a new Camry the same day we did about the experience and she said that it was the exact same for her. She felt like she was bothering the staff by being there. Bottom line. We WILL NOT EVER be going back to Wesley Chapel Toyota for ANY reason. I am going this week to Stadium Toyota to buy a vehicle. That is where we bought the cars and they are nothing short of AMAZING there. We live only a couple miles from Wesley Chapel and thought it would be a good place to at least get our service done but TRUST ME - Stadium Toyota is worth the drive to Tampa. More

He listened to my needs and really worked with me to find the perfect car for the perfect price for me. Outstanding service. I went into the dealership just to learn of my options. I'm a disabled veteran, and single mom of 3. I've gone through a nasty divorce and I'm finally back on my feet. My truck had alot of miles and was costing me way too much gas. I needed something more fuel efficient, with alot less miles and least likely to break down. Carlos showed me some corolla which had caught my eye. One in particular which I fell in love with upon site. Carlos and Albert bent over backwards trying to help me out. I just needed one person to believe in me and give me a chance. They did this. I got alot more than anticipated for my trade and even zero money down. Now I have a brand new 2014 corolla in cherry red and I love it!!! I recommend this place to EVERYONE! More
