I can not say enough about these 2 gentlemen or this dealership As we sat completing the paperwork for his car, I decided to test drive a Lexus they had on the lot. With Hugh's supernatural abilities in finance and Jim's extraordinary sales talents, I was able to purchase my car as well. Nothing like driving 2 new cars home!! Thank you so much to WCT and Hugh Palmer, Jim Pettus and Patrick Abad. You guys seriously ROCK!!!! We will always make the 3 hour drive, it is more than worth it! More

I went to the dealership wanting a Prius du I would like to thank Michael Haake at Wesley Chapel Toyota for the very professional service he provided. I went to the dealership wanting a Prius due to the great mileage per fuel consumption that car gets. After purchasing a Prius I noticed I was not getting the mileage that I was told I would get. I had made the sales associate who I bought the car from aware of my concern and I was not taken seriously. I went to back to the dealership and strongly expressed my dissapointment to a manager and I felt that he didn't want to help me either. Then Michael stepped in. He actually showed me how to drive the car the certain way it needs to be driven to get the good mileage, as well as thoroughly explaining everything. I was researching Toyota Tundras on the internet and saw one that piqued my in I want to tell everyone of my great experience at Wesley Chapel Toyota. I was researching Toyota Tundras on the internet and saw one that piqued my interest. So I drove to the dealership from Tampa. The moment we got there we were greeted by Zach Lausell,his enthusiasim and zeal was refreshing.He was very amicable and helpful,I told him I was interested in the Tundra that was on the lot.He asked if I would like to take it for a test drive.I told him I would and he said he'd be right back with the keys.He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.After the ride we went in to discuss the price.This was the part I was dreading.Then kagan Sharpe joined us and like his last name,he was sharp.These two guys made the whole buying experience a real joy.Once we had reached an agreement they turned me over to Frank Millan in finance,he also was a proffesional and made the paperwork a breeze.I was very impressed and happy with their proffesionalism and courteous manner.The whole buying experience took a little over four hours.I will definately tell my friends and family the way I was treated and made to feel special during the sale.I am very happy with the service I received and the truck I bought July 4th.Looking foward to dealing with the Wesley Chapel Toyota team in the future.I give these guys a Ten with a Gold Star.So if you want a great experience go see Zach,Kagan and Frank you won't regret it. Needless to say we were a bit wary when we arrived but boy did that change quickly. This is what a true dealership should be! Our salesman Bill Tracey was super friendly and professional and helped us find exactly what we were looking for! Kelly processed our paperwork quickly and made us feel right at home! Not only did we get a car that we love, but imagine our surprise to find a delivery of chocolate chip cookies right to our doorstep and handwritten notes to thank us for being a customer! Top notch dealership in our book. We were so impressed with the whole experience that we have decided they will be our regular dealership in the future! More

This was the best experience I've ever had with buying a car and that's because i had the best salesman. Hector Rosina was friendly, patient and made sure i found the car of my dreams. I left confident that I got the best deal possible! I would definitely recommend that if someone wants to have the same experience that you ask for Hector Rosina.
