An absolutely wonderful experience I just wanted to take a few minutes out of my day to write a review regarding my experience at Wesley Chapel Toyota. My wife was looking for a new I just wanted to take a few minutes out of my day to write a review regarding my experience at Wesley Chapel Toyota. My wife was looking for a new vehicle and we had heard (as well as seen) the many advertisements from Wesley Chapel Toyota online, radio, television, etc. We actually received a letter in the mail from our credit card company that suggested we go in that direction. We complied and decided to give them a chance, a chance that we do not regret. After initially filling out a very simple form online, we were contacted quickly. We were asked to come down to the dealership (mind you we live a 60 minutes plus distance from the dealership) and test drive some of they vehicles they had to offer. My wife asked what documentation she would need to bring as it may be a hassle to have to go home and dig up tax returns documents, bank statements, etc. We were instructed as to what to bring (which was very minimal) but we took it upon ourselves to bring everything and anything we thought may be pertinent to receiving and auto loan. Truth be told, this was a truly seamless experience. I believe we were there a total of 4 hours. That includes walking into the dealership, them checking out our trade in, giving us an entire tour of their facility including the maintenance department (it's extremely professional), test driving the vehicle as well as them trying to make the numbers work. They did all of it. Perfection. We ended up with a 2014 Camry and we could not be happier. We filled the tank two days ago and headed out to Orlando for one evening for a personal trip. 200+ mile round trip and we are still sitting at over a half of a tank of gas. EXACTLY what she wanted! Happy? Nope. ECSTATIC! Frank in finance was not only professional and witty but made us feel extremely comfortable and explained everything down to a science. Bill T. was awesome as well. The vehicle delivery was very cool. The car was spotless, the tires shined, full tank of fuel and Bill T. took the time to set up my wife's phone on the Bluetooth system (which she absolutely loves and makes me feel safer know that she can drive around hands free and still yap on the phone) as well as explain all of the features of the car. Just an overall great experience and I have already recommended Wesley Chapel Toyota to several friends and family members. Give them a shot and I can guarantee you that you will not be disappointed.
