Best Car-Buying Experience Ever! Thank you! I purchased my Certified Pre-Owned 2009 Camry Hybrid from Jack Peck at Wesley Chapel Toyota on June 3 - what a great experience! I found the car onlin I purchased my Certified Pre-Owned 2009 Camry Hybrid from Jack Peck at Wesley Chapel Toyota on June 3 - what a great experience! I found the car online the night before, so I used the "Reserve Vehicle" contact option through their website. I received an email and a phone call first thing the next day. I had to drive 90 minutes to get there, so Jack made sure the vehicle was available, gave it a thorough once over himself to confirm the condition, and he even had it brought up to the customer parking area so we could drive it right away. Once we had driven the car, Jack gave me their absolute best price up front with minimal haggling and they also did my financing with the credit union I requested to get me the best possible rate. Frank Wargo was my Finance person - he was super personable and made signing my life away seem like fun! After everything was finished, I noticed two scratches had appeared on the roof as a result of the final detailing - Jack and Wesley Chapel Toyota are going to have them repaired to my satisfaction at no charge. Couldn't have asked for an easier or better experience, I would certainly buy my next car from Wesley Chapel Toyota! Thank you! More
