Nearly five years ago, I bought a Toyota Corolla from them, and while I loved it, I felt I deserved something new. I had excellent service there the last time, in sales as well as the one time I had to take my baby in for major service, so I felt they deserved my business once again. I checked out some of their vehicles online and was put in touch with Mike Grega from the internet sales division. Mike was very personable and didn't try to put me into a deal I could not afford; I was upfront with what I was looking for, and I printed off quite a few cars from the website (which is a pro tip from me - do some research beforehand, as it saves you a LOT of time), but honestly, the first car Mike showed me, a 2012 Honda Civic coupe, turned out to be "the one." I test-drove it right away and then we went inside to talk financing, which is always the part one tends to dread of the entire car-buying experience. However, the numbers he brought back were extremely workable and I didn't have to haggle. I was even given a loyalty discount for purchasing there before, which was nice - any time you can save some money is always good! Even when I threw the trade-in at him (my friend was going to buy my old car, and then decided not to while I was sitting there waiting), he didn't flinch and was very honest about what numbers he might bring back - regarding the higher mileage of my car, et cetera. However, they turned out to be very doable as well, so I signed over my Corolla. The finance department was also very nice, and Matt Schemkes, with whom I signed all the paperwork, didn't do a hard sell on the extended warranty. He explained the perks and then let me make my own decision (I decided to go with it, in the end, as it's worth it for a few extra bucks, but I appreciated that no one was pushy or overly insistent, as that will make me bristle, as I'm sure it would make you do, as well). In all, the experience only took a few hours of my afternoon, and most of that was waiting, as you do. The cookies make it worth it, though, and they have free wi-fi and flavored coffees, too! Every salesperson is friendly and welcomes you as you walk by. I would recommend Wesley Chapel Toyota - and Mike! - to anyone looking for a car. The experience was definitely as pain-free as possible! More

Climbing in and out of the driver's seat was a challenge, and in a dress, a non-starter. Plus we have two granddaughters and one passenger seat meant that one child would have to ride in the trunk -- not! We realized that we needed to sell it and it was timely to trade in her Corolla with over 222,000 miles on it for a new Corolla, if the numbers worked out right. We did our homework on the internet and found that Wesley Chapel Toyota was very competitive with other Bay Area dealerships. They were anxious to get our business since they were intent on hitting their May sales goal, and because I regularly service my Highlander there. Eric Riley was terrific to work with. The fact that he, too, was from the mid-west didn't hurt him any, either. They were able to meet, and beat, offers for both trade-ins and come in below other dealerships for a challenging multipart deal that left us feeling very good about the whole experience. How often can anyone say that? Eric treated us with professionalism and respect, and understood the difficult circumstances and time constraints we were working under. He is respected by his dealership peers as well, and we can cheerfully recommend him to anyone who wants to be treated well. More
