Internet sale I went to Wesley chapel Toyota to get a car I saw on the internet. I was SURE it was posted just to get people in the dealership but to my surprise it I went to Wesley chapel Toyota to get a car I saw on the internet. I was SURE it was posted just to get people in the dealership but to my surprise it was there! The salesman Frank Millan was awesome. Super friendly and really trying to make the deal work. He even drove me and my dad from Wesley Chapel to Seffner to get my trade in since I didn't think I would be doing a deal, I didn't have my trade in with me. Buying a used car is not my favorite thing to do, but Frank made it a good experience. I felt comfortable when he told me it still had a good warranty on it. I would definitely recommend him and the Dealership to anybody that is looking because they can make it happen. I went to two other dealerships and Wesley Chapel Toyota definitely had the best prices on the used vehicles that I was interested in. So all you people in Seffner, Brandon, and Tampa...take the 20 minute ride out there and go see Frank Millan before you buy somewhere else. More
Great experience About a week ago my vehicles engine blew up on me. I had no idea what I was going to do. I contacted Wesley Chapel Toyota and spoke with Lynne Hudson. About a week ago my vehicles engine blew up on me. I had no idea what I was going to do. I contacted Wesley Chapel Toyota and spoke with Lynne Hudson. Lynne was helpful and reassured me that she would be able to get me into a vehicle I wanted, with the right price. Being 6'3 I was worried about being able to fit into a sedan. Lynne put me in a 2014 Camry SE. I was completely surprised when I fit comfortably and was able to sit in the seat behind the driver seat with plenty of room. Lynne was knowledgeable and helpful. She knew all the tips and tricks to help me with the new car. When it came down to talk about prices, Hugh Palmer Gave me a great deal. The whole process was smooth and painless. Kelly was extremely helpful when it came to the finance. She explained to me every paper I was signing and made me feel at ease. I highly suggest using Wesley Chapel Toyota for any of your new car buying needs. Everyone I dealt with were kind and knowledgeable. More

Wonderful experience, best sales gal to work with ! I think everyone hates the experience of shopping for a new car and haggling with the employees. I was searching for a particular car and the pleasant I think everyone hates the experience of shopping for a new car and haggling with the employees. I was searching for a particular car and the pleasant voice of Lynne Hudson, as well as an email or two, without the hounding that I received from other dealers, led me to call Lynne back. My car luckily came in within a few days and I met with Lynne. She not only knew her product well, but after looking at the car, she walked me through the entire showroom and service and explained how this particular dealership and employees, family owned, were involved in community work and volunteering. Then the real work began..........her manager Albert came out with Lynne and we worked out a price. We laughed at lot while doing the so called "haggling" but it really wasn't bad. Even the finance gal, I believe Kayla, was pleasant and quick. I would highly recommend checking this dealer out and definitely deal with Lynne in sales. I have previously bought from Sun Toyota and this dealership is worth the trip and dealing with Lynne. I should also say I got an accessory and had that installed the next day. Service did an excellent job ! More
Great experience every time!!! A year ago I took my Matrix in for service with Gina Nieves. I mentioned to her that I wish we could get a newer car. We drove off in a newer car (2011) Corolla Sport. Joseph and the staff were amazing through the entire procedure. A year later, we meet with Joseph again to go over every option we had along with John Deloach to get a 2014 Corolla Sport. They worked every angle to get us the car we wanted. Kelly Heflin once again did all of our paperwork in a very timely manner. Bobby Wilcox explained in detail all the accessories that we could use on our new car. By the end of the night, we had our appointments set for some accessories to be installed, and our first oil change.
