My salesman, Scott LaVancher found the Prius V that I wanted (Sea-glass green) at another dealership and personally drove to Sarasota to pick it up for me. Since I was keeping my family mini-van and did not have a trade, he and a co-worker followed me home all the way back to New Port Richey driving my van so I could drive my new Prius. Scott set up my navigator with all my work related locations, and even set up my personal and work phone on the car's blue tooth system. He also followed up with me the next day to see if I had any questions. I love my new Prius, and cannot say enough about the amazing customer service I received. More

Although the dealership itself would be a good reason alone to be a customer since it's an upstanding company in the area with its various community services and involvement, Eric was patient, friendly, personable and provided all the answers to everything I questioned throughout my process of searching for the right car at the right price. I never felt pressured or "hounded" to buy as I've experienced at other dealerships. If there were more people like Eric in car sales, there wouldn't be a "car salesman" stigma to folks doing what he does. The dealership should be glad they have Eric working with them. Other personnel we met with through the purchase process were helpful as well to make sure the sale went through smoothly. More
