We had secured our financing through our credit union and hit the road. A friend recommended the dealership and we called Lynne and described our needs. When we arrived she had a car ready to test drive and we were off. The car was exactly what we hoped for and she showed us a deal that we really couldn't refuse. NO GAMES just good business. While we were waiting I saw a little Fiat on the lot. My husband said - "Take it for a spin!" I really couldn't say no. Lynne again was extremely understanding when I told her that my reliable vehicle (2003) was at the shop for some transmission work. I fell in love with Fiat on the first turn of the test drive. Lynne said - "Let's just look at what it would cost - no pressure!" And that is EXACTLY how it went down! So we rolled out of Wesley Chapel Toyota with 2 fabulous vehicles and smiles on our faces. At Long Last, we found a great deaslership in Florida! We searched the state, and this dealership had the best prices! Our sales person, MARK HOWARD, went above and beyond to make the deal happen for us. We searched the state, and this dealership had the best prices! Wesley Chapel Toyota must also be exceptional to have given their sales professional the latitude and tools necessary for him to be so very accommodating to us. We encountered no high pressure, no half truths (or outright misleading information), and no insincere hype. All of their people were helpful and pleasant; and their service manager, Yoksam Ocasio, spent a long time on the phone with me explaining specifics on our hybrid and answering all of my many questions.. We really benefited from their teamwork and their high standard of customer service. Wesley Chapel's inventory must be huge, as MARK found the exact car we wanted in less than two days. His consideration and kindness extended to meeting us halfway across the state. MARK and his team had all the necessary documents prepared in advance, and he delivered our Toyota to us with a full tank of gas! He was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and the SUV I was looking at. He wanted me to be happy with my new purchase..... Jamie the finance guy was Awesome as well. Very knowledgeable and was great to talk to... Michelle Terry was AWESOME as well, She helped get my extra accessories done in a timely manner. Great Experience I came in on May 11th (mother's day) to get my 2008 Camry serviced with a mail offer for a possible trade. I spoke to Toni upon arriving getting the 2008 Camry ready for service when I mentioned I received a letter stating that I could get a new car with lower payments. She directed me to Jack Peck who immediately greeted me and my father and got started right away with what my interests in a new car would be. After speaking to Jack he went to get the keys to what is my now new 2014.5 Camry to pull up the car and take it for a test drive. I immediately fell in love with the car and wanted to finance it ASAP. Jack explained the entire financing process to me and was able to get me approved on the 2014.5 Camry. There was no pressure to buy and Jack was very informative and was able to answer any questions I posed to him. While Jack was taking care of some final procedures I spoke with Bobby Wilcox who handles accessories and he provided me with a price list and offers for accessories that I may choose to add in the future. Frank Wargo handled the financing paperwork and was very friendly during the signing process. I will return to Wesley Chapel Toyota again in the future to purchase another vehicle when it's time and I will send people up to see this team again. Just an outstanding job done by this team. More
