Our sales rep, Marcelino, was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Never pressed us to make a decision, simply lent his support during the process. Jacob was also nice and professional during the pap and helpful. Never pressed us to make a decision, simply lent his support during the process. He referred to our daughter as a boy a few times during the process and I was going to say something to him but, I saw my daughter shake her head at me, telling me not to worry about it, so I let it go. Don’t buy from this dealership the sales guy was nice enough but when we went to finance the car we wanted they told us they already sold us and that they had another one but it’s 5 grand more we needed enough but when we went to finance the car we wanted they told us they already sold us and that they had another one but it’s 5 grand more we needed a car so fine they said they would bring the price down they did not do that and when we asked to take the extras we did not need off they refused over all we feel like it was a total rip off and definitely not happy with our purchase or this dealer also once your out the door they become impossible to get in touch with and on top of all that when our loan papers came in it was $2000 more then what we rememberer signing More
