We were told that there weren't any Moulin Rouge Limited Highlanders with a Almond leather interior in the state of Florida, but Wesley Chapel Toyota showed one on the internet. We drove up to Wesley Chapel on a Sunday afternoon and traded our 2011 Sienna Van on the Highlander and drove it home that night. We dealt with Eric Riley, he was very knowledgeable of the Highlander and very pleasant to work with. He worked to get us the best deal possible and was very helpfull through the whole process. I don't have much time to look around for everything let alone cars. After looking at some other dealerships, I stopped by Wesley Chapel Toyota after making an appointment online to look at a Yaris. From first arriving we both were politely greeted. We met with our sales representative, Jack P, who was very pleasant. His demeanor was welcoming. Everything presented to us was very transparent and open; I felt as no typical car salesman "games" were happening. Jack was willing to listen to what we were looking for in a car. Although we were there to look at a Yaris, he happily took us to look at other cars when we weren't sure if the Yaris would fit into our budget. Jack provided exceptional customer service and never pressured us into anything. Everything was explained thoroughly and all questions were answered with excitement and thoroughness to where I understood everything I needed to make a knowledgeable buying decision.
