Anytime you can buy a car, and not spend all day at the dealership, that's a good experience! I have purchased 6 of the 7 cars from the same sales associate, Joe Cirrilo. As before, there was no nonsense and these dealers showed great team work with one another. Wich in turn made the environment such a pleasant place to be. When commonly a car dealership is the last place you would want to be at. It took approximately 4 hours to complete the entire sale. Not all day. The dealers were very knowledgable and if one lacked in knowledge about a certain model the other dealer picked it up and kept us involved. When it came to numbers , I was so satisfied and pleases that they made it work for me and my wife with out playing any games with us. They very up front and realistic with the negotiations. I would definitely continue to keep coming back to Wesley chapel Toyota where I will be taken care of properly unlike other dealerships that'll sale you false promises and try to stick it to you. I have many friends and family that are going to WC Toyota in the near future as well. I also wanted to add that after dealing with WC Toyota for over 5 yrs now I would like to express a special thanks to Pat Abad. He is a great leader for this amazing team that he has working by his side. I wouldn't say working under him because the man goes on to the floor and works the deals him self as well. Just like one of the guys. His work ethic shows and the respect he gets from his staff is great. We were told that there weren't any Moulin Rouge Limited Highlanders with a Almond leather interior in the state of Florida, but Wesley Chapel Toyota showed one on the internet. We drove up to Wesley Chapel on a Sunday afternoon and traded our 2011 Sienna Van on the Highlander and drove it home that night. We dealt with Eric Riley, he was very knowledgeable of the Highlander and very pleasant to work with. He worked to get us the best deal possible and was very helpfull through the whole process.
