My process was super smooth! I went in not expecting much because i knew right off the bat that my credit was bad. Worst customer experience, they got so upset that I was not willing to pay for extra certification inspections. That once I said no thank you it went from “yes sir” and “I will put all your files of your p not willing to pay for extra certification inspections. That once I said no thank you it went from “yes sir” and “I will put all your files of your purchase on a thumb drive so everything is squared away” and hand shakes and appreciation. The second I politely said “no thank you” on the $4700 in extra after purchase plans and the $1499 certified plus inspection and the added taxes. Gap Insurance, lifetime oil changes, 7yr/125k mile warranty, pera guard, tire repair and roadside assistance. After I continued to say “no thank you” the finance manager said sign here and here and I’ll email your docs when I get a chance. No hand shake, salesman just handed me my keys and said bye once he heard I wasn’t getting anything extra. I have had 7 Toyota’s and I have never been treated like just a dollar sign like I did during this entire experience. I will never buy from there again, or get my services done at your establishment. I suspect the service department might be fine if you are not a senior citizen female with white hair. Our time is valuable and we need to be able to depend on our car.
