I went to this Toyota location in order to look at pre-owned and new vehicles. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was met by Ray Dellaero who assisted me in my search. After looking at several pre-owned vehicles I decided that it would be better to purchase a new vehicle due to the great incentives that were being offered at the time. I found a 2014 Tundra TRD 2x4 with Ray's assistance of course. During this search, Ray was never pushy and answered all of my questions about the vehicle and services that are provided by the dealership. After selecting the truck, Ray had my trade-in appraised and started to work the numbers. After the numbers were run, Ray and I were met by the manager, Jon Weicherding. He and Ray went over all of the aspects of the deal in great detail and proficiency! After a little negotiating, we settled on a bottom line price and a payment that was within my goal budget. I returned the following day to complete the paperwork and I am taking delivery of my new Tundra today! Overall my experience at Wesley Chapel Toyota was the best car buying experience that I have ever had!!! I have purchased numerous vehicles over the years but never a Toyota product!! But I'm sold!
