Having dealt with a few dealers in my short 38 years on this earth, I can say Albert White, Frank Millan, and Matt Schemkes made our buying experience EXTREMELY easy and pleasant. There were no "hard sales," nor any "high pressure," tactics utilized. I would know having worked in the sale business while living in South Florida, where THAT atmosphere calls for both of the a fore mentioned tactics! Not to mention sheer aggression! The few team members I dealt with seem to understand that great customer service requires the rep to LISTEN to the customer. They asked appropriate questions, provided appropriate suggestions, and were overall pleasant to deal with. I have been singing the jingle, "I want a Toyota, a Wesley Chapel Toyota," since I first heard it, but never expected to actually buy one from them! Give the marketing team a good bonus this Christmas because the programming worked! Ha! More
After reviewing several vans on Auto Trader I drove to Wesley Chapel Toyota to view the ones I was intersted in. I was met by Joseph Cirillo who helped me to view the one I was interested in. He was very friendly and helpful that day and the next when I brought my wife in to see the van. Things did not work out that time and Joe kept in touch via E-mail letting me know of the Black Friday special that they had. He provided a salesman that morning as he was busy elsewhere. I eventually purchased the van that was on sale that day. The only negative item that I encounted was the fact that there was only one "keyless" remote. This was not brought to my attention until after the deal was completed and I was about to pickup my van. The initial impression I was given was that they would try to contact the previous owner and see if they had the other remote and if they did not have it, I was going to have to purchase one myself. After speaking with a supervisor we came to an agreement that the cost would be split if the old one was not located. I felt that I should have been notified of this fact in the begining, not as an "oh by the way" A van that is "keyless" and relies on this electronic remote to start and lock the doors needs to have two units to provide a backup system. I live about an hours drive from Wesley Chapel Toyota so I didn't really have time to drive out there and get a hassle like I've gotten from other dealerships. I emailed the sales person Eric Riley about what I wanted and what I had to trade in. He asked for a few pictures of the car and I sent them. I asked for a few details about the truck I wanted and he sent me a youtube video and an "out the door" deal. I accepted but was still a little worried I'd get to the dealership and hear something about my trade-in that made it not worth as much or that they'd sold my truck to someone else but they stuck to the deal and the truck had a "sold" sign in the window when I got there because it was "sold" to me. The deal they made via the Internet is the deal I signed on to. What a refreshing car buying experience! Eric even went so far as to mail me something I forgot in my car several days later when I sent him a text message to see if he could get it. That's above and beyond service! Everyone there was very up front and straight forward. Truly a class act! More

I went to this Toyota location in order to look at pre-owned and new vehicles. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was met by Ray Dellaero who assisted me in my search. After looking at several pre-owned vehicles I decided that it would be better to purchase a new vehicle due to the great incentives that were being offered at the time. I found a 2014 Tundra TRD 2x4 with Ray's assistance of course. During this search, Ray was never pushy and answered all of my questions about the vehicle and services that are provided by the dealership. After selecting the truck, Ray had my trade-in appraised and started to work the numbers. After the numbers were run, Ray and I were met by the manager, Jon Weicherding. He and Ray went over all of the aspects of the deal in great detail and proficiency! After a little negotiating, we settled on a bottom line price and a payment that was within my goal budget. I returned the following day to complete the paperwork and I am taking delivery of my new Tundra today! Overall my experience at Wesley Chapel Toyota was the best car buying experience that I have ever had!!! I have purchased numerous vehicles over the years but never a Toyota product!! But I'm sold! I have nothing to say but great things about this dealership and the team that makes it run!! Thank you Ray and Jon for your professional and seamless service!! More

On this day, he stated there was a great sale on vehicles and convinced me to look at the new 2014, I was then introduced to Frank Millian who listened to me and all my needs. He then took over and exceeded my expectations and found me a 2014 Toyota and yet again a great salesperson who made me feel like family. I now went over to finance and I was taken by the hand and explained thoroughly all my paperwork by Mr. Andino a caring individual with a heart of gold..
