From the first contact of being greeted before reaching the showroom, every employee I came into contact with was extremely friendly and courteous. Jaime Garces in the finance department was also very knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to explain things to me and never made me feel rushed. The entire environment at Wesley Chapel Toyota is upbeat and friendly. It's like all of the employees are having a really good time! I'd give this dealership my unqualified approval. More

Ray Dellaero was extremely helpful in the auto buying process. We told him what we were looking for and he literally got our RAV 4 off the delivery truck that had come in and was still sitting in the lo process. Mike Grega is fantastic. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and RESPECTFUL!! That's right, a car salesman who is RESPECTFUL! I have had so many bad experiences at dealerships, and quite honestl knowledgeable and RESPECTFUL!! That's right, a car salesman who is RESPECTFUL! I have had so many bad experiences at dealerships, and quite honestly when Mike approached me in the parking lot, I thought he was "putting on" with how nice he was being. Figured he would end up pushy like everybody else and end up showing his true colors. But it just happened that Mike's true colors are actually good. He's a good guy, a pretty cool guy, actually. Never pushy, just answered our questions and took good care of us. Actually showed us what we asked him to show us and ended up selling us what we wanted, for the price we wanted. He knew all about the safety features of the car, which are very important to me and my family. Please do yourself a favor, don't just drop into a dealership and take what comes your way. Give Wesley Chapel Toyota a call and tell them you want to come in and see Mike Grega. You'll be on here saying the same thing as me. Thanks Mike! More
My experience started with James Swanson. He contacted me after I submitted a a request for more information via USAA car finder program. After he contacted me he listened to what I was looking for, and how after I submitted a a request for more information via USAA car finder program. After he contacted me he listened to what I was looking for, and how those things were meant to fulfill my needs. He also gave me a handful of numbers to ensure he could be contacted at anytime for any reason. After we talked about what I was looking for, he explained what my options were as far as color, features and year availability since I wanted something brand new with very specific options. Without jumping to far a head, he ended up helping me get exactly what I wanted. I went in one afternoon were he let me test drive a 14' Camry. He then showed my the different available options that I may be interested in, thats right showed me by letting me see and touch them, not just talk about how great something was that he had read about that morning, he was able to actually display that he had some clue as to what he was talking about. I told him I would have to go home and do a little research. Rather than trying to corner me into a deal that day, he encouraged me to do a little research because he was very confident in what I would find. I told him I would probably be interested in buying in the next week or so, at which time he told me "no pressure, whenever I am ready". After I contacted James a handful of times with some questions, which he was able to get answers to. One question he had to get back to me with, because he wanted to make sure he was giving me he correct answer rather than some B-S just to sound smart. After a few days we had negotiated over the phone a final price for the exactly Camry, with the exact color and options I wanted. When I got back to the dealership he had my new car waiting for me in the front. During this time I first meet Bobby Wilcox. He was very enthusiastic wanted to know what options where available as far as cargo net and such. He did suggest a few things, but in no way pressured me to buy anything. When I went to pay for the vehicle with my pre-approved financing from my own lender, they offered to try and give me a better rate. The lady I worked with, sorry I cannot remember her name, was very polite and was able to answer all of my questions. She laid out a handful of options that she could offer me, and we went through each one to weigh out the pros and conns. In the end she was able to give me a much better rate than my own bank. After all that was done, James took me out to the car and showed me how to work all the different options and help setup my bluetooth. When I returned a few days later to have the backup camera installed (the one Bobby suggested, but did not pressure me about), Bobby worked with me since I had changed my mind about another option, I should mention/thank the tech who worked on my car for being very upfront and honest about his opinions of one of the options, though it was different from mine I respect an honest answer over any other answer, I did not want a "Yes-Man" answer to the question I had asked him. In no way did Bobby show frustration at my request, rather he did everything possible to make sure I was credited by loading up the car with other accessories, and answering I was happy with the deal. James also followed up that day to make sure I was happy with everything. He was able to answer a few questions I had with no hesitation or delay. So far the Camry has been getting very good milage, and supposedly it will get better as the engine brakes in, and it rides great. I am very happy with the deal, and the employees I interacted with at Wesley Chapel Toyota. I know many people think of Danny DeVito in Matilda (1996) when they hear of a car salesman or dealership, and though many car dealers may be a spitting image of the slime-ball Danny DeVito plays, at Wesley Chapel Toyota they were very friendly and never, ever, made me feel pressured. Their prices are fair and they also offer a lifetime warranty. I will be a return customer when my wife needs to replace her car. More
