I purchased my Scion 6 years ago and have loyally brought it back to this dealership for service. I mentioned to the service rep that I would like a value on my car because I may need a bigger vehic brought it back to this dealership for service. I mentioned to the service rep that I would like a value on my car because I may need a bigger vehicle. He introduced me to Frank, who showed me vans while I waited. I was a difficult customer since I wasn't excited about getting a bigger vehicle (it was a practical necessity) and therefore couldn't decide on the one I wanted. Frank was very patient with me, answered all of my messages immediately, took us on the tour again with my husband, and finally negotiated on a Kia Sedona with a price I could afford.
