I purchased my Scion 6 years ago and have loyally brought it back to this dealership for service. I mentioned to the service rep that I would like a value on my car because I may need a bigger vehic brought it back to this dealership for service. I mentioned to the service rep that I would like a value on my car because I may need a bigger vehicle. He introduced me to Frank, who showed me vans while I waited. I was a difficult customer since I wasn't excited about getting a bigger vehicle (it was a practical necessity) and therefore couldn't decide on the one I wanted. Frank was very patient with me, answered all of my messages immediately, took us on the tour again with my husband, and finally negotiated on a Kia Sedona with a price I could afford. I greatly appreciate all of Frank's efforts in finally getting me into the right vehicle. Frank is a great asset to this dealership of which I will remain a loyal customer. More

I feel I was "ripped off" as I paid $4000 MORE for my vehicle than I should have! The price on the website was $5461 but there must have been a little asterisk because that was AFTER I "traded" (a for my vehicle than I should have! I had to get a loan & when I finally got the loan papers, I realized what had happened! I wonder if I was taken advantage of because I'm a woman--or maybe just because I TRUSTED y'all to do business in an honest manner. I also heard from a manager at an unnamed financial institution that your "sister dealership"--Wesley Chapel Honda does business the same way. I bought the vehicle, a 2001 Toyota Camry, on November 12, 2012 & 3 days later I had to rush to VA due to a sudden & very tragic death in our family. I spent most of the winter & spring up there & had my mail forwarded so there was quite a big of "lag time" before I saw all the paperwork. I really was not as concerned about the money then as I am now because I was consumed by grief & concern for my family & not thinking very clearly. Even if I get no response at least I was able to get this "off my chest"! More
