I tell people all the time Frank "sold me a car I didn't want" and that is true sales to do that and create want and value. We were looking for a used SUV and we visited several car dealers in the area of brandon and hillsborough county. When we finally settled on model, the Highlander, we visited Wesley Chapel Toyota and was immediately greeted by Yuri. He listened to what I wanted and showed me several vehicles on the parking lot. They had 7 used highlanders which was more than the other Toyota dealers that we visited. After I narrowed down my choices, he asked me to wait inside the air-conditioned main lobby and went around to bring the vehicles to the front for us to take a closer look. Our family certainly appreciated this since they had a kid's room with toys so our daughter can play there away from the heat. We test drove two vehicles and finally decided on one that we think is the best deal out of all the cars we looked at from all the dealers. Yuri was very patient and friendly through out the whole process, he is not your typical pushy sales person. He helped us pick out the perfect vehicle, and we were very happy with the purchase. I recently shopped around at other Toyota dealerships for a new Camry and to use my Toyota Tundra XSP as a trade in. They used Kelly blue book and gave me the price I was seeking on both the Tundra and the C a new Camry and to use my Toyota Tundra XSP as a trade in. They used Kelly blue book and gave me the price I was seeking on both the Tundra and the Camry. The transaction was transparent and fair on both sides. I can not say the same for the other dealerships in the area. They made the transaction easy. I really did not want to trade my truck in but they are the only ones who were honest in their pricing.
