We were looking for a Toyota Highlander with leather seating and by working with Michael we got exactly what we wanted. Michael was very friendly and helpful. Michael suggested a Highlander base model with option to add leather seating. Michelle was very nice to work with picking out the leather seat material. She is friendly and profesional. Then we were off to the sales managers office to pay cash for the Highlander. We were very happy to work with Albert he was a pleasure to do business with and a ture class act from start to finish. We had been to several Toyota Dealerships in attempt to buy a Tundra. We knew exactly what we wanted and what we were willing to spend. Some other dealerships gave us the run-around and had lied to us just buy a Tundra. We knew exactly what we wanted and what we were willing to spend. Some other dealerships gave us the run-around and had lied to us just to get us there on their lot. Finally, we decided to try Wesley Chapel, as a friend had referred us. From the moment we called them in regards to a truck, they were able to put their hands on the truck, making sure it was actually there, and promised to make us a great deal, if we gave them a chance. That is just what we did. We got there and were politely greeted and the ease and comfort levels were unbelieveably relaxed. There was not one point through any negotiations, that we felt "taken" or decieved, but instead they were VERY understanding. Ray Dellaero was our sales manager and he was AWESOME!!! Such a great guy! Very personable and understanding that we were there for a specific truck with specific options and didn't try to force us into anything else. Jaime was able to put together an offer that was very fair and he worked with us, and we felt like we walked out a winner with a FANTASTIC deal on our truck! Kagan was in finance and was able to clearly go over everything we needed to know about the payments, financing and we were even offered a better warranty (on top of their unbeatable Lifetime Warranty) to include gap coverage for next to nothing, with even a lower APR on the truck in the end!!! We were there very late and everyone was so nice and we didn't feel rushed by them, being later at night, knowing they had family at home waiting! What an AWESOME experience!!!
