Really like that the car pick-up area is indoors so we were not sitting out in the heat. Never felt rushed or pressured. This was the second time we bought a scion xb at this dealer ship. Both times we received excellent service. However I think the coffee experience would be better if you had real half & half creamers in dealer ship. Both times we received excellent service. Also we had the wheels upgraded, and whoever put them on did not check the tire pressure. One tire had 20 lbs, Another had 35, another 40 and one 42. We didn't notice till our drive home that the low tire pressure light was on. Not to worry though, as I have a very capable husband who took care of it. We want to thank Lynn & Bobby for taking time with us to connect our iPhones to the radio and teach us how to use the Bluetooth feature. They were both very patient with us. We will definitely be back in a few years for another new car. More

We would like to thank Eric and PJ for all the wonderful help they gave me in looking at and purchasing our 2012 Explorer. These guys went way above for us. I saw this vehicle on line only because the finan help they gave me in looking at and purchasing our 2012 Explorer. These guys went way above for us. I saw this vehicle on line only because the finance company I was using sent me a picture of this Explorer and suggested that I contact them. I sent them an E-mail on Saturday evening and Eric called me on Sunday afternoon. I explained to him that my husband drove a truck and would only be in Florida for two days and would not be able to stop and look at it. Eric made a video of the Explorer and sent to my husband. I called Eric on Monday afternoon and told him Rick liked it and to see what they could do about helping us get it. Pj stepped up got us a better deal the the original financing company did and my husdand said to go get it. Here is when these two guys amazed me. The closest Rick would be able to get to us to sign all the paperwork was 135 miles away from Wesley Chapel and he was on a tight time schedule and would only have a short stopping time. Pj rushed to get all the paperwork done and Eric made the trip with me to so Rick could get everthing signed.I didnt think it could be done. But Eric and PJ understood the situation and went out of their way to make this happen for us. I would and I am telling everyone how much Wesley Chapel Toyota impressed me and if they are looking for a car to give these guys a try. We live 150 miles away from Wesley Chapel. Never saw the Explorer except on-line until the day I drove it home. But Eric and PJ took the time to check their e-mails listen to voice messages and and answere phone calls to make sure we got this Explorer and at a better deal then we ever expected. I could have purchased the truck from a dealership 11 miles away, but Wesley Chapel got my business because the price seemed right and John went out of he way and drove the truck to me.
